Biography
John L. Welsh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and received a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1990. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Welsh spent five years as a Patent Examiner in the medical device and physical therapy areas. Mr. Welsh is involved in all areas of Intellectual Property law. He specializes in practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as patent and trademark licensing, prior art searches, U.S. Customs matters and client counseling.
